Elvis Costello Tapped For Whistler Music Festival
Elvis Costello [ tickets ] and The Imposters will headline the inaugural Whistler Music Festival [ tickets ], scheduled July 19-20 in Whistler, British Columbia. Other artists joining Costello for the two-day event include The Roots [ tickets ], Broken Social Scene [ tickets ], Medeski Martin & Wood [ tickets ], Robert Randolph [ tickets ] & The Family Band, Bedouin Soundclash [ tickets ] and Serena Ryder [ tickets ]. Additional marquee artists are expected to be announced in the coming weeks, according to a press release.The festival will take place at The Tube Park at Base II on Blackcomb Mountain, which features a view of the resort and village below.
